Hearts In Hands Community Center (HIHCC) invites you to apply for your child(ren) to participate in our Toys for Tots / Gift of Love holiday gift programs for kids and teens. 
 

Please list all your children in the field below and include interests and other useful information on each child in the last field.
 

*If you sign up with Hearts in Hands, you will not be able to sign up with any other organizations.
 

**If you have a change of address or phone number, contact Hearts in Hands ASAP. Information is used to contact you to pick up your child's packages!
